Our flagship product, Honey Almond Butter, can be easily incorporated into the diet at every stage of the cycle.

HI stands for Hormonal Intelligence; at HI Foods, we make products that celebrate and support the innate hormonal intelligence of our cycles and bodies.

Our products can be kept in a cool, dry place, and should be consumed within 60 days of opening.

Our products are designed for portability and on-the-go convenience. Our innovative pouch packaging is recyclable at your nearest large supermarket. It cannot be included in your home recycling, but it’s greener than a conventional glass jar as it's only a fraction of the weight and requires less energy and water to produce and transport. We work closely with our packaging manufacturers to create the most planet-friendly, convenient option for our customers.

At HI Foods, we use cold-pressed rapeseed oil in our nut butter formulations, which is made by gently squeezing oil from the seeds after harvesting. By using rapeseed oil, we can support British and Scottish farmers instead of importing olive oil from overseas. Cold-pressed rapeseed oil is not the same as industrial canola oil. Canola is a genetically-modified version of the rapeseed plant, extracted from crushed rapeseeds using heat and hexane solvent. Rapeseed oil also has half the saturated fat of olive oil, and has the added benefit of including omega-3s, 6s, and 9s into our Honey Almond Butter blends.

We aim to process all orders within 2 - 3 business days. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail. If you place your order on a Friday after 3PM GMT, we will make every effort to fulfill your order before the weekend but may not process until the following Monday. As a small business, we'll do our best to deliver as quickly as we can!
