Our Honey Almond Butter is made with carefully sourced ingredients. We slow-roast our almonds before blending in small batches for the smoothest finish, to ensure we don’t compromise on taste or texture.
Enjoy 1 - 2 tablespoonfuls every day or every other day, from Day 14 - 28 of your cycle (the week before and during your period). Eat on toast, oatmeal, or straight from the pouch.

Our innovative pouch packaging is recyclable at your nearest large supermarket. It cannot be included in your home recycling, but it’s greener than a conventional glass jar as it's only a fraction of the weight and requires less energy and water to produce and transport. We work closely with our packaging manufacturers to create the most planet-friendly, convenient option for our customers.
Our products can be kept in a cool, dry place, and should be consumed within 60 days of opening.
We use cold-pressed rapeseed oil in our nut butter formulations, which is made by gently squeezing oil from the seeds after harvesting. By using rapeseed oil, we can support British and Scottish farmers instead of importing olive oil from overseas. Cold-pressed rapeseed oil is not the same as industrial canola oil. Canola is a genetically-modified version of the rapeseed plant, extracted from crushed rapeseeds using heat and hexane solvent. Rapeseed oil also has half the saturated fat of olive oil, and has the added benefit of including omega-3s, 6s, and 9s into our Honey Almond Butter blends.
